Lázně Libverda primarily cares for clients with musculoskeletal issues, post-operative spinal conditions, joint replacements, and patients with heart, circulatory, and vascular diseases.

An integral part of the therapy includes peat wraps, whirlpool and additive baths, various types of massages (classical, reflexology, underwater), pool exercises, mobilization techniques, exercises with physiotherapists, equipment-based exercises, motorized therapy, electrotherapy, and more. Treatment is tailored to each patient based on an initial medical examination or recommendations from reviewing and specialist doctors.

Medical treatments are prescribed by a doctor and can be attended in one or more buildings. Currently, they are provided in Hotel Nový Dům (on the first floor, ground floor, and basement, primarily for immobile patients), at the Dependance Vodoléčba, and in the carbonic bath building.
